Shabbos Parshas Acharai Mois Kedoishim
Shabbos Erev Pesach Sheni

reb weissmandl, reb Pinchas, all my brothers askonim and all my family Sheyichu :)

This Shabbos we start out the Parsha Acharai Mois with the death of Nodov And Avihu and the reason the posuk says here is,
“Bekorovsom Lifnai HASHEM”,  and the Oir Hachaim explains because of their Intense desire to get close to HASHEM,
which was also the Hakdomoh of “Bekorvosom” of Nodov and Avihu as explained before in parshas Shmini,
“Bekroivai Ekadseh” with the ones that are close to me the Mishkan becomes Holy and which makes it possible for  Aharoin HAkoihen to be able to do his Avoidah and to enter the “Koidesh Hakodoshim” on Yoim Kippur,

in the Parsha we go thru the “High’s” of “Yoim Kippur” the Holiest day of the Year with the ability to reach the Highest levels of Kedusha, and then we finish the Parsha with Tumoh that is so low, we are warned not to act as or do as the Mitzriyim,like 

the nation which lived before, and not to act as the nations that we are going to conquer in Eretz C’naan, the Cnaanim,
and we continue into the next Parsha with the Mitzvah of “Kedoishim Tiyu” we need to be “Kodoish”, Holy and Separated,
Because Our HASHEM is “Kodoish”,
 
Prison is a place where both “Miztrayim” and “C’naan” come together,
a place where the all “tumodiker” ideas and actions of many different nations all converge in one limited space,
and for a Yid in the midst of this is like the mixture of Oir and Choishech in one time and place,
Yidden are separated at our essence from all the “Tumoh” of the people,
 
the Parsha gives the Koiach we need with the words “Kedoishim Tiyu”,
and if you ask “how” is it Possible to be Kodosih, Separated and Holy in a place…?
the answer is “Kee Kodoish Onee” HASHEM gives the Koiach to be “Kodoish” a Yid has a Nesham and is one with HASHEM,
Yidden are “BONIM ATEM LHASHEM ELOIKAICHEM”  children of HASHEM,a Holy Nation,
whose Kedusha is revealed with the Toirah we learn and the Mitzvois of HASHEM we do,
Being in place that lacks in Kedusha or excels in Tumoh,
its by Learning and Keeping the Mitzvois with Great Hiddur and Mesiras Nefesh that Keeps us Yidden alive,
and By “seeing” what is the “TACHLIS” in Everything, and the HASHGOCHO PROTIS in everything,

Yesterday while disscusing the Shabbos before Shvuois and what time a Brocho and counting Sefirah can be made,
one person says “i am not sure exactly, but i think i read, But not sure.. like.. “technically”,
a brocho can be made earlier counting sefirah earlier with the “kavana” of ……..”,
but since he was not sure of what he was saying himself, and so for sure i cant repeat what he wanted to say,
but the point he made that there MAY BE  “Some Way”,  that the Mitzvah could be done not in the Time it is supposed to be done, maybe,

Learning the Parsha what came to mind to answer was, 

“Technically” speaking besides for the Three Avairois that a Yid must be ready to be Killed and not do, there is “heter” for  circumstances and reasons for not having to do any of the 613 Mitzvois Rachmonoh Litzlan ! BUT that does not mean that we are doing the Mtzvois or we are Kodoish and connected with HASHEM, or that we even alive and living true life,
Every Mitzvah needs to be done Behidur just as Food needs to be healthy when eaton,
and we need to keep away from Tumoh just as we protect ourselves from any Illness, and Bezrizus, !

When Moishe Rabbainu told the Yidden they should bring the Korbon Pesach in the Midbar Besides those who are Tomai, 

BUT When the Yidden who were “Tomai” heard that they would not be able to be a Korbon Pesach,
they came to Moishe Rabbainu with a Argument and a Demand, The Argued why should they miss out because they were Tomai and their Demand was that they be allowed to bring a Korbon Pesach,

if those Yidden would have accepted their Heter for not bringing a Korbon, because they were Tomai and not for the fault of their own, then they would never have argued for the Mitzvah and Because they saw in the Mitzvois the LIFE AND CONNECTION WITH HASHEM  they cried out for help as any person cries for his life and to be with his father and HASHEM answered them by giving the Mitzvah we have now for ALL generations, PESACH SHAINEE,

Nodov and Avihu saw and felt the “Sweetness and Pleasure” as they grew closer to HASHEM “BEKORVOSOM LINAI HASHEM”,  and the “Geshmak” these Tzadikim felt was so strong that they continued getting Higher and Closer to HASHEM,
even as they knew that it would cause the “VAYOMUSU”, that they will die as their Neshama will separate itself from the Prison of their Bodies that interfered with their Neshama, and it was  this “Bekorvosom Lifnai HASHEM” that brought down and revealed even a greater Kedusha that was reveled by the Korbonois and Brochois of Ahaaroin and Moishe as Moishe told Ahaaroin “Bekroivai Ekadaish” and which made it possible for the AVoidah of Yoim Kippur when Aharoin Hakoihen would also be able to enter the “Kodesh Hakodshim” the highest level of KEDUSHA and stay alive,
and when the Kedusha is brought from there into the world,

By the Avoidah of the Koihen Godoil it says “Vechiper Baadoi Ubead Baisoi” and he will purify for himself and for “Baisoi” which Chaza”l explain to mean his “wife”, and having a wife gives him the “Maaloh” the Greatness to be able to Bring the Kaparah and Purity to all Yidden by Doing not only those Avoidois that are Specific for Yoim Kippur BUT on the Koihen Godoil was the Only one that did the “ALL” of the “avoidois” on Yoim Kippur including those that were the same as the whole year, and “Baisoi Zu Ishtoi” was the Shalaimus needed by the Koihen Godoil,   

The question is asked; what is it about the Avoidah of “Yoim Kippur”, one that is so Holy,
which is when the Kedusha is in all three elements of the world merge together as one,
as the Shlo”h Hakodoish says “Osohn” is the Roshai Taivois for “Oilom, Shonoh, Nefesh”
the “Person” that is most holy, the Koihen Godoil,
in the ‘Place” that is most Holy, Koidesh Hakodoshim
on the “Time” that is most Holy, on Yoim Kippur,
That the Koihen Godoil needs to have a wife,
and if he needs to have a Wife then why is he separated seven days before Yoim Kippur from his “House” (his wife)?,

this means that there is specific “Shlaimus” Completeness for the “Koihen Godoil” with him having a wife,
a Shalaimus that enables him to the Holiest Avoidah in the Holiest place on the Holiest day,
so why doesn’t the Posuk say clearly “ISHTOI” (his wife), why does the Posuk use “BAISOI” ( his house),
and then Chaza”l to teach it means “ISHTOI”. (they are both only one word),
which means that the Toirah is not only saying that he must be married and have a wife,
But that it needs to be in a way and Maaloh that is found as it is in “Baisoi”

the explanation is given;  Reb Yoisee said that, “in all my days i have always called to my wife as my home,
and i have always called by ox as my field”,  this is how Reb Yoisee is bringing out his “Derech in Avoidah”,
That he “sees” and not only Knows, that every inyan in the world is not as it is for itself,
But as for the Tachlis and Purpose of it and for him that is his way of naming it,
 
in Seeing every inyan in the world Reb Yoisse did Not only did he see that “Yesh Baal Habayis Lebirah Zu”, meaning
that this is a Separate world for itself and has a owner who is HASHEM and therefore needs to comply with his commandments, and not only in a way of  “Kol Mah Sheboroh HAKODOISH BARUCH HU Loi Boroh Eloh Lechvoidoi”,
But for Reb Yoisse, HE saw in every inyan ONLY ITS TACHLIS and purpose alone, and not the thing as it for itself,
for Reb Yoisee this was so strong that when he referred anything he had, he described it with the “Tachlis” it has,
and since the Tachlis of being Married is Building a HOME IN AM YISROEL, He called his wife only as his Home,

Seeing a Tachlis in everything was not only when he was seeing a Yid,
but also his Possessions like his ox with which he plowed his field to have the Grain and fruit the field gave,
He called the “ox” “My Field for that is its Tachlis,  when a person has a Field, “Sodai” my field its to have it produce,
and then a ox is the way to bring out that “Produce” as we know,
“There is abundant Tevuah in the Power of a ox” both Physically and Spiritually with the Nefesh Habahmis,
  
From this we see the Great Maaloh and Madraigoh the Koihen Godoil needed to be in on Yoim Kippur,
He needed to see the Tachlis of everything that HASHEM does and Created, as taught by Reb Yoisee,
which is why the Toirah calls his wife “Baisoi” and Not “Ishtoi”, in order to point out that the Koihen Godoil needs to “see” the Tachlis of Everything, Showing the High level the Koihen Godoil had and therefore able to do ALL the that was done on Yoim Kippur even the “regular” avoidah that was done every day such as Lighting the Menoirah and the Ketoires etc.

This week is Lag B”oimer the Hiluloh of the RASHBI who was one of the Tamidim of Reb Akivah,

“OMAR RABI AKIVAH “ASHRAICHEM YISROEL” LIFNAI MEE ATEM METAHARIN, MEE METAHER ESCHEM AVICHEM SHEBAHSHOMAYIM…and brings two Pesukim that shows how HAKODOISH BARCUH HU is Purifies the Yidden.

the Tune of the Song cant be written :) but this Saying of Reb Akivah is Sung together with “BAR YOCHAI…”,
and when we will understand some of the meaning for sure it will sung even with greater “Chayois”,

the Two Pesukim that Reb Akivah brings are about the Taharah of the Yidden by HAKDOISH BARUCH HU,
which is a matter of fact that everybody knows and why does he need “Pesukim” as proof,
and if a posuk is needed, then why not use the the Posuk in Our Parsha, “Lifnai HASHEM Titharu” In front of HASHEM we become pure, and why the need to bring Pesukim from the Neviim,

Just as we learnt about the “Maaloh” of the Koihen Godoil had HIMSELF of “Baisoi Zu IShtoi”,

which enabled him to bring the “Kaporoh” for himself and for Klal Yisroel on Yoim Kippur,
so too Reb Akivah adds that it is the “Maaloh” that the Yidden have which enables them to have the Kaporoh on Yoim Kippur and be Purified, which is why Reb Akivah starts with the words of,

“ASHRAICHEM YISROEL” that the Kaporoh of Yoim Kippur is tied to the “maaloh” Yidden have that they are tied to
“AVICHEM SHEBASHOMAIYIM” their Neshama is One with HASHEM their FATHER, For this Reb Akivah brings the Posuk of,
“VEZORAKTEE ALAICHEM MAYIM TEHOIRIM” that HASHEM is the one who is throwing the Pure Water on the Yidden,
 

Since the posuk is talking about the time of “GEULAH HOASIDAH which is when the “maaloh” of the Yidden will be that of CHILDREN OF HASHEM as they are one Etzem with HASHEM and not because of thier Avoidah,
as the Posuk says before “Loi Lemaanchem Anee Oiseh Bais Yisroel….” Not for you…..
which means that this “Tahara” is not from the Kedushas Hayoim of Yoim Kippur,
and not even because any Maaloh that the Yidden have on that Holy Day,
BUT because of the ETZEM CONNECTION THE YID HAS WITH OUR FATHER IN HEAVEN IN ALL TIMES AND IN ALL PLACES, ASHRAICHEM YISROEL…”  which means Also that for the Taharah that we have on Yoim Kippur is not only of the Kedusha of the day but of the Maaloh of being “BENAI YISROEL”,

Then the second Posuk of “Mikveh Yisroel” which is in a time when Yidden were Not the way they were supposed to be,
and not in a Time of a Ais Roztoin, Which shows that EVERY DAY and IN EVERY PLACE the Yidden are they have the Taharah because Just as the Mikveh is Metaher so too is HASHEM METAHER THE YIDDEN,

and the Diyuk in the words of Reb Akiva is when he adds “just as the Mikveh is Metaher the TEMAIM SO TOO HASHEM is Metaher Es Yisroel” when he could have said Just as the Mikevh is Metaher so too HASHEM is Metaher,

because the din by a Mikveh is even when there is another Tumoh on the person which this “tevilah” will not purify, THE MIKVEH HELPS TO PURIFY FROM THE LESSOR TUMOH, so too HASHEM is Metaher the Yid for the Part of the Teshuvah he does even though he has not yet done Teshuva for all of his Avairois, and the reason is give by

OMAR REB AKIVAH ASHRAICHEM YIROEL, GELOIBT ARE YIDDEN BECAUSE WHEN HASHEM SEES THAT A YID TURNS TO HIM IN ANY INYAN, HASHEM IS RIGHT AWAY MECHAPER “HAKDOISH BARUCH HU METAHER ES YISROEL”  and then HASHEM HELPS THE YID That  one mitzvah brings the next mitzvah so that he gets Rid of ALL his avairois and he is a Baal Teshuvah,

YEHEE ROTZOIN THAT HASHEM GET RID OF THE GAZAIROH OF PRISON AND CONFINEMENT AND SEPERATION BEPOIEL IN A GOOD AND REVEALED WAY FOR ME AND FOR ON EVERY YID FOR HIS AND HERS GEULAH PROTI NOW TOGETHER WITH THE GEULAH KLOLI NOW WITH MOSHIACH TZIDKAINU
